Mrs TOE-Ekechi worked for Equitorial Trust Bank and later Sterling Bank Plc for more than a decade. She rose through the ranks to become a Branch Manager before joining Marketing and Media Limited in 2012. She was appointed Executive Director (Finance) in 2015.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Mathematics from Delta State University as well as MBA in Marketing from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She is an Associate of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON)
